Festa Bianca

In celebration of the abundant bounty our local farmer’s provide each summer, Frankie’s  is hosting Festa Bianca Wednesday, June 20th  to highlight some of the best produce of the season and pairing it with the finest Italian white wines available. The evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with passed appetizers and Frankie’s own prosecco, “Frankie Takes the Fizz,” and lead into a tasting of dishes highlighting Nichols Farm & Orchard produce, local cheeses and La Quercia prosciutto. Frankie’s wine expert, Justin Nickel, will pour a selection of four Italian white wines including Frankie’s own Pinot Grigio from the Friuli Region, appropriately named Festa Bianca, to complement the farm fresh dishes.

Festa Bianca takes place on Wednesday, June 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  $30 per person plus tax includes all food and wine for the evening. For more information or to make a reservation, please call Frankie’s at 312-266-2500.
